RTU is compact RF link based re- mole terminal unit with on board digital and analogue inputs/outputs interface with high-speed expansion busport, which operates on 400-477 MHz with 10-500 mW programmable power. Radio operation is semi-duplex with 12.5 bites / sec of channel bandwidth. The types of modulation adopted is sub carrier FFSK with radio data rate of 2400 Digital I/0s can be expanded upto 128 points where as analogue I/Os can be expanded up to 64 points. The basic module has 16 On-Off inputs and 8 on-off (PNP transistor) outputs with 8 counter registers and 8 timer registers.
These RTUs can be readily integrated with systems using third party software (SCADA applications, OPC servers, etc), RTUs can be applied in material handling area for CCRD systems replacement in stacker/reclaimer moving machines, monitoring alarms and other On/Off status indications in transformer stations, and in pipelines where flow data and alarm data are collected and reported to the main station. These RTUs are programmable logic controllers with embedded radio and having five communication ports that .can simultaneously connect to various intelligent devices with available interfaces such as USB, RS232, RS485 and Ethernet.
About Radio Modems
Radio modem offers maximum reliability and performance for wireless serial data transmission. Radio modems provide reliable, robust communication using suitable antennae like omni directional, Yagi-antenna, etc, at a range upto 20 km. These modems use RS-232/ 422 / 485 interface with ASCII/Modbus/ DF1/ASYN protocols and support a number of configurations, including point-to-point and multi-point which operates under the frequencies 433/900 MHz and 2.4 GHz. System integrator will enjoy the functionality provided by the serial connection, power switch, indicator lights, high quality antenna, mounting plates and power source inputs.
-433 MHz (long distance, low cost, easily configurable with industrial protocols)
-900 MHz (the 900 MHz radio modem has the best sensitivity in the industry, making it one of the longest range, low cost radio modems available to date).
-2.4 GHz (the 2.4 GHz radio modem provide high performance and dependable operation for deployment throughout the world).
- PLCs located on moving platforms, overhead cranes and other revolving equipment.
-Remote PLC programming and diagnostics.
- SCADA systems, such as water/ waste water, utilities and oil/gas systems.
- High RFI environments (eg, steel. manufacturing)
About Radio Ethernet Hub
This Radio Ethernet Hub is a high-performance wireless Ethernet bridge capable of providing reliable wireless data transfer between all types of equipment, which have an Ethernet interface. This hub is designed particularly to provide robust communication in the harshest environments over distances up to 30 km.
A typical application is to bridge remote Ethernet PLCs to the LAN. Transparent MAC address filtering ensures that no local Ethernet packets are transmitted over the RF channel, thus providing optimal data throughput and seamless integration of the PLC with the network. The Ethernet interface is 1OBase-T, and is compliant with the IEEE802.3 standard. An RS-232 port is used for configuring operating parameters of the unit.

1. Wireless Building-to-Building Bridge
The 11 Mbps wireless building-to- building bridge links two or more separate networks (typically located in different buildings) into one single LAN environment; simply, economically, and quickly.
The 11 Mbps wireless building-to-building bridge fully complies with the IEEE 802.1 lb standards. With superior wireless technology and advanced features, the II Mbps wireless is reliable, high performance, cost effective wireless solution.
2. Wireless Workgroup Bridge
The 11 Mbps wireless Workgroup Bridge, WWB acts as point to multi-point bridge to provide an effortless wired- to-wireless connection for any Ethernet- enabled device. Used together with hub or switch, it can quickly connect up to 16 users (per bridge) for very affordable wireless connections when compared with using a wireless adapter for each user.
In corporate environment, the Workgroup Bridge connects workgroups in separate office islands-quickly and economically. For temporary classrooms or workplaces, the workgroup bridge provides flexible and easy network access. Devices are easily moved as workgroups change in number or location: lowering hardware costs.
3. Access Point
The 11Mbps wireless access point provides interoperability, Expandability, security, and manageability for top performance wireless networking in both single and multiple AP installations. With superior technology and advanced features, the 11 Mbps wireless Access Point is a reliable, high performance, cost effective wireless solution.
4. Wireless Ethernet Client
The WEC provides a wireless connection to the Internet or to share resources for an Ethernet-enabled device. With no software driver required for set up, and regardless of any operating system, the WEC allows not only desktop or notebook PC wirelessly accessing network, but also extends fast, simple and flexible wireless networking capabilities to printers, scanners, barcode reader, medical equipment, industrial machinery and other data collection devices, which dont have PCI or PCMCIA slot available.
